Returns are permitted on unopened vinyl records within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us with your order number within 14-days of delivery for return instructions.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging
